As Coordinator of the Online Tutoring Program, you will be responsible for:
Supervise and manage the tutoring program.
Recruit, select and train volunteer tutors.
Assign tutors to students.
Monitor student progress and provide reports to parents and guardians.
Organize events and activities for tutors and students.
Requirements:
Social work or a related field.
Previous experience coordinating programs or managing volunteers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
