The role in the Media and Photography team at the Bright Boy Foundation involves capturing and communicating the impact of our initiatives through visual and multimedia content. Volunteers will work on tasks such as:
- Photography and Videography: Documenting events, activities, and important moments of the foundation by capturing photos and videos that showcase the impact of our programs and the daily work of our volunteers.
- Image and Video Editing: Selecting, editing, and enhancing visual content to ensure it is professional, engaging, and suited for various platforms, including social media, the website, and newsletters.
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborating with the communications team to create visual narratives that tell the stories of our beneficiaries and team, highlighting the foundation’s achievements and commitment.
- Social Media Management: Assisting in creating regular visual content to keep our audience informed, engaged, and inspired. This includes creating compelling posts, reels, and graphics.
- Event Coverage: Attending events, campaigns, and special projects to capture key moments and generate visual material that reflects the foundation’s mission and values.

Responsibilities
- Photograph and film foundation events, activities and highlights to document the impact of our projects.
- Select and edit photos and videos to ensure content is professional, engaging and suitable for the foundation's platforms
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop visual stories that convey the foundation’s work and accomplishments.
- Create visual content for posts, reels and graphics that keep our audience informed and engaged.
Must Have
- Commitment to the values and mission of the Bright Boy Foundation, as well as the desire to contribute to a meaningful cause through the power of visual media.
- Willingness to collaborate with the communications team and other members of the foundation, sharing ideas and receiving feedback.

- Experience in handling cameras and audiovisual equipment, as well as a good eye for capturing meaningful moments.
