Responsibilities
- Design and structure educational programs that are suitable for different ages
- Observe and evaluate student performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Implement pedagogical methods that foster an inclusive learning environment
- Provide guidance on pedagogical practices, teaching tools
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Must be familiar with child and youth learning and development theories
- Perfect written English And Spanish
- It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively and em pathetically with students and parents
- Must be able to assess student progress and needs
Nice to have
- The ability to identify and resolve learning or behavioral problems quickly
- That you can keep detailed track of the progress and needs of each student.
- Collaboration with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors and teachers
- Familiar with technological tools and platforms for teaching
