Responsibilities

  • Design and structure educational programs that are suitable for different ages
  • Observe and evaluate student performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Implement pedagogical methods that foster an inclusive learning environment
  • Provide guidance on pedagogical practices, teaching tools

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Must be familiar with child and youth learning and development theories
  • Perfect written English And Spanish
  • It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively and em pathetically with students and parents
  • Must be able to assess student progress and needs

Nice to have

  • The ability to identify and resolve learning or behavioral problems quickly
  • That you can keep detailed track of the progress and needs of each student.
  • Collaboration with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors and teachers
  • Familiar with technological tools and platforms for teaching
